The Balmes clinic was the first Lago Aesthetic Medicine clinic and is the largest of the five. It has 3 floors with over 300 m2 of facilities where more than 20 professionals work, including doctors, healthcare technicians, and support staff. On the ground floor, free diagnostic consultations and medical laser hair removal treatments with Diode, Alexandrite, and Soprano are performed. On the first floor, facial and body aesthetic treatments are carried out with equipment such as LPG, ICOONE, radiofrequency, cavitation, or lipolaser. Finally, on the second floor, facial and body aesthetic medicine treatments are performed, such as Botox, hyaluronic acid fillers, mesotherapy, tension threads, or varicose vein sclerotherapy.

The clinic is located at the junction of Balmes and Córcega streets, just below Diagonal Avenue, and next to the Metro stations for lines 3 and 5 and the Provença Ferrocarrils. Opening hours are Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 8:30 PM.
